For NEW parts (LCD boards, etc), we offer a 1-year FULL warranty. The only thing not covered is water damage from rain intrusion, etc. (always keep your hinge cover closed!) We will initially sell you a replacement board for half price and request that you return the original board back to us. If there is no evidence of water damage, we will fully refund the replacement board, thus giving you a free replacement. If water was the cause of the failure, you still get a new board for half price.
For USED parts, we offer a 90-day FULL warranty and a 1-year LIMITED warranty. Again, water damage is not covered. We stand behind our products; if it fails within 90 days we will replace it for free. If you have a failure within the first year, we will sell you a replacement at half price.
